Privacy policy

This policy explains how Sill House Cleaning uses personal information collected at sillhousecleaning.com. The business address is 30 Tannery St, Mississauga, ON L5M 6B7, Canada. Phone: +1 (416) 564-9138. Email: hello@sillhousecleaning.com.

Quote requests

If you ask for a price, we collect your name, phone, email, neighbourhood, the service you choose, and the description you write. We use that information to reply and, if you book, to do the cleaning and keep ordinary business records. Asking for a quote does not add you to a mailing list.

Email consent

The signup form at https://sillhousecleaning.com/#subscribe has a consent box that is empty until you check it. Checking it is a separate act from requesting a quote. It means you agree to receive commercial emails from Sill House Cleaning about cleaning and janitorial services. You can withdraw that consent by the unsubscribe link in a message or by writing to hello@sillhousecleaning.com. We honour that request.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not sell personal information. If a tool is later added to measure page visits, this page will name that tool and the cookie it uses. You can refuse cookies in your browser. Refusing them does not stop you from requesting a quote.

How long we keep it

Quote and booking details are kept for the job, invoices, and ordinary records. An email address used for commercial messages is removed from that list when you unsubscribe.

Service providers

Email delivery may process the address and the message only to send mail you asked for. Those providers are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
