Terms

Terms of use

These terms cover this website and a request for cleaning from Sill House Cleaning, 30 Tannery St, Mississauga, ON L5M 6B7, Canada. Phone: +1 (416) 564-9138. Email: hello@sillhousecleaning.com.

Quotes and bookings

Sending the form is a request, not a booking. Work starts only after we confirm the address, the rooms, the price, and the time in writing.

The work

We clean the rooms named in the quote. We do not remove hazardous materials, mould, biohazards, or heavy construction debris. A light tidy after a renovation is available only when the quote says so.

Access and changes

You provide a safe way in, plus water and power. The notice for skipping or cancelling a visit is written in the quote. Visits are by appointment.

Where we work

Service is scheduled in Mississauga, Ontario. A neighbourhood listed on the home page is part of that city, not a separate office.

Messages

Commercial emails identify Sill House Cleaning and the mailing address above, and they include a way to unsubscribe. Complaints can be sent to the phone or email on this page.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply. Those laws override any narrower sentence on this page.
